Are some weddings very photogenic? Yes absolutely.

This wedding was great fun to put together. I immediately loved Jenni’s idea for a hanging rose installation as a ceremony backdrop. The simple elegance was harmonious with the venue feel and the transition from ceremony to reception. And white trailing clematis and fairy spray roses from a local farmer added that feminine touch.

It’s even more fun to get the pictures back, when a photographer like Sako Pak really captures the details both individually and as a cohesive design! The wedding was held at The Foundry by Herban Feast, and a beautiful cake was delivered by Macrina Bakery. Thanks to Dolce Blue day of coordination for making it all come together smoothly.

As mentioned, the headtable was placed in front of the ceremony backdrop. Which then took on new meaning, and became a frame of reference for the bridal party on through the reception. A wonderful way to maximize such a key piece to the night. The guest dinner tables had floral centerpieces or a trio of bud vases for variety.

Cheers to many more years of eating cake, together.
