I would use the word ‘classic’ to describe this late August wedding. From the couple, to the venue, to the flowers and to the summer day. I enjoyed working with Kat & Daniel who had a elegant vision from the get go. As you’ll see, the white & green floral matched the historic tile of The Great Hall at Union Station very well.
Kat had 10 Bridesmaids. That’s right, 10! So we created mono-floral bouquets for each, to highlight the elements that went into each centerpiece.
The Great Hall is one of my favorite historic venues in the town. There is ample space to work with and natural light that emanates from the vaulted ceilings above. Kat & Daniel decided to get married at one end of the space, with pipe & drape to separate the reception space beyond.
Vintage ambiance provided antique gold candle holders and we placed soft open garden rose blooms atop them to accent the centerpieces. They also brought in their charming dessert cart to display the magnificent croquembouche.
